Rizlane Tahiri

Rizlane Tahiri is a highly experienced scientist currently serving as Scientist IV at Exelixis since December 2017, specializing in tumor biology, target validation, and assay development in cancer biology. Previous roles include Scientist III in discovery biology at Exelixis, Scientist at Boehringer Ingelheim, and Senior Researcher at Genentech, where expertise in assay development and technology was honed. Earlier experience includes positions as Associate Scientist at MedImmune and Research Associate Consultant at Genentech, where significant contributions were made in performing immunochemical, biochemical, and cell-based assays. Rizlane also has a foundation in cardiovascular research from Aviir, Inc., and quality control experience from Roche Pharmaceuticals, complemented by a B.S. in Immunology from the University of Science in Casablanca, Morocco, and a degree in Biotechnology from San Francisco State University.
