Sandra Smith

Sandra Smith currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Exelixis since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sandra held the position of Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs for Oncology at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. from February 2005 to January 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director of Clinical Research and Development at Genta from 2002 to 2005, Director of Clinical Operations at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 1995 to 2002, and Senior Clinical Project Coordinator at Hoffmann-La Roche from 1987 to 1995. Sandra holds a Pharmacy degree (R. Ph.) and an MBA, both from Rutgers University.
