Sheila Chou

Sheila Chou is an accomplished professional in the biopharmaceutical industry with over 18 years of experience, currently serving as Associate Director of CMC Project Management and Associate Technical Director of Quality at Exelixis since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sheila worked at Genentech for 17 years, holding several positions including Senior Technical Manager, where responsibilities included providing Quality oversight and resolving complex Quality issues in compliance with cGMP standards. Other notable roles included Vendor Lead for US Drug Safety, where Sheila ensured effective Quality Management System design, and QA Specialist III, overseeing multiple support groups and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
