Stephanie Damia

Stephanie Damia currently serves as the Business Intelligence and Analytics Director at Exelixis, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of a Business Intelligence tool that enhances decision-making and resource productivity, along with designing user-centric dashboards for Development Operations. Prior to this role, Stephanie held various positions at Incyte, advancing from Senior Contract and Budget Analyst to Associate Director & Head of Business Intelligence, where a global approach to business intelligence and strategy development for dashboards was established. Stephanie's extensive experience in clinical research and analytics is supported by educational qualifications, including a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from Widener University.
