Kaylin Leuze is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Work Management at Exelon since September 2019, overseeing planning teams in the Transmission and Substation Construction and Maintenance department. Prior to this role, Kaylin held positions at GE Hitachi from July 2014 to September 2019, including Work Control Coordinator and Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing high-value preventative maintenance and refurbishment projects on nuclear reactor safety systems. As a Lead Field Engineer, technical direction and oversight of nuclear plant maintenance and projects were provided, focusing on safety equipment design and application. Kaylin also completed a fast-track Field Engineering Program at GE in 2013, receiving training in nuclear safety systems and management skills. Earlier career experiences include an engineering internship at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and a mechanic role at the University of Vermont. Kaylin holds a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, graduated in 2013.
