Mike Innocenzo

Mike Innocenzo currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Exelon, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mike was President & CEO of PECO, an Exelon Company, from October 2010 to April 2024, and also held positions as SVP & COO, SVP of Operations, and VP of Distribution System Operations and Smart Grid Smart Meter. Mike Innocenzo earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Villanova University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Widener University.
