Paul Roller

Paul Roller has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the IT Manager for New Digital Products and Innovation at Exelon since July 2012. In this role, Paul oversees the Agile delivery of various digital products, leading initiatives like the EU Customer Experience Hackathon and the establishment of the Exelon Utilities Digital Innovation program. Paul has previously held positions such as Manager of IT for Billing and Payment Systems at Exelon, and Supervisor of Application Development at Baltimore Gas & Electric. With a robust background in project management, including work on Electric Vehicle Rate Pilot Projects and Customer Account Notification initiatives, Paul’s career began at Constellation Energy as an IT Consultant. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, an M.S. in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
