Jason Birnbaum

ason Birnbaum is the senior vice president of digital technology. He is responsible for supporting United’s commercial technologies, including the loyalty, sales, network and revenue management departments.

Jason previously served as the vice president of operations technology, where he was responsible for the effective implementation and management of technology strategies and solutions to support United’s global operations.

Prior to this role, Jason held the position of executive vice president and chief information officer for SIRVA Inc., where he had full responsibility for all customer facing and business support IT systems. He also served as the chief information officer for GE Health Care Global Supply Chain and GE Industrial Europe.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of Illinois. Jason is married and has three sons.
