Rheiner Dutes has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Manager of DER Interconnection at Exelon since January 2010, where a strategic focus on regulatory compliance and customer experience is prioritized. Previous roles at Exelon include Supervisor of Designers in Distribution Engineering, overseeing engineering and design teams, and positions as Senior Engineer and System Engineer, specializing in GE and Westinghouse Turbines.
