Rudraksh Nighot

Rudraksh Nighot is an experienced Associate Project Cost Analyst at Exelon, providing cost support to the Pepco organization since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rudraksh served as a Research Assistant at Westat, contributing to various projects within the Division of Social Policy and Economic Research, and producing significant deliverables. At the University of Maryland, Rudraksh participated in the Financial Literacy Outreach and Training Program, worked as a tour guide for prospective students, and assisted in classroom activities as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant. Additional experiences include technology sales at Staples, research support in community health initiatives at Penn State Health, a political communications internship, and a research project at the University of New Mexico. Rudraksh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland and a high school diploma from Albuquerque Academy.
