Sharon Ng

Sharon Ng is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal analysis. Currently serving as a Principal Corporate Governance Analyst at Exelon since September 2016, Sharon has also held titles such as eDiscovery Project Manager, Senior Legal Analyst, and Paralegal within the organization. Prior to Exelon, Sharon gained valuable experience at Sidley Austin LLP from June 2003 to September 2016 in legal litigation, as well as a brief tenure as a Legal Assistant at Debevoise & Plimpton in Hong Kong. Earlier roles include Paralegal at The Law Office of Jonathan Lustig, P.C. and a Bilingual Teacher and Program Coordinator at the Chinese American Service League. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences in Communication from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Paralegal Certificate with Honors from Roosevelt University.
