Laura Sánchez Cabezudo

Laura S. is an experienced extraction specialist and consultant with a robust background in the cannabis industry and forensic science. Laura held the position of Extraction Specialist at Rhize from March 2022 to May 2023. Prior to this role, Laura worked at Tweed Inc. from May 2016 to December 2020, initially as an Extraction Technician and advancing to Extraction Manager, where responsibility included managing the Oil Extraction department for the largest cannabis producer globally. Laura’s earlier experience includes roles as a Certifying Scientist and Forensic Technologist at Dynacare, contributing to high accuracy in reporting and significant sample throughput. Laura possesses dual Bachelor of Science Honours and Bachelor of Arts Honours degrees from Carleton University, specializing in Forensic Science and Criminology.
