Stephen Duck

Stephen Duck (FCCA) has held various finance director roles throughout their career. Stephen was the Group Finance Director at Exemplar Health Care starting from April 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Finance Director at Astonbrook Care Limited from May 2016 to June 2019, where they successfully transformed the organization by restructuring the finance team, renegotiating supplier credit terms, and reducing debt.
