Cathie Dy

Cathie Dy has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Cathie is currently working as an Operations Manager at Timbuk2, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Sewing Supervisor at Outdoor Research from December 2019 to December 2021. Cathie also served as the VP Operations / Chief Product Officer at YUMARK ENTERPRISES CORP, Philippine Branch from April 2016 to August 2019. Before that, they worked as a Plant Manager at Chela Manufacturing Corp. from November 2013 to March 2016. Cathie also has experience as an Operations Director at Superl Holdings Limited, Philippine Branch from June 2012 to October 2013, and at Desktop Bags Philippines Ltd from April 2011 to May 2012. Cathie served as a Factory Director at Starite International Vietnam Ltd. from July 2007 to December 2010 and as a Manufacturing Manager at Dongguan Zerong Bags Co. Ltd. from July 2002 to August 2005.

Cathie Dy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, obtained from the Philippine School of Business Administration. In addition to their degree, they have also earned certifications in ISO 9001:2008 QMS System from TUVRheinland in March 2012 and in Lean Development Program from PRODUCTIVITY initiated by Adidas in December 2002.
