Damon Hall

Damon Hall has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Damon started their career at Exemplis LLC in 2019 as a Product Performance Engineer. Prior to that, they were an Independent Business Owner at Rad Repairs Handyman Services and RaDstoration from 2017 to 2019. Their longest tenure was with Oakley, where they held multiple positions including R&D/Vision Performance Lab Test & Development Engineer at Level 3, R&D Test and Development Engineer at Level 2, R&D Laboratory Test Technician, and Quality Assurance Laboratory Test Technician. During their time at Oakley, Damon displayed expertise in military eyewear protection testing and product development, as well as testing, analysis, and reporting of findings. Damon also collaborated with design engineers to meet customer requirements and conducted in-house testing to reduce costs. Damon's work at Oakley included testing Oakley and ESS eye protection to military and industrial safety standards as well as testing Oakley sun eyewear. Damon showcased skills in data organization, accurate testing execution, and measurement system evaluations.

Damon Hall obtained an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Moorpark College, where they studied from 1991 to 1993.
