Luis Roman

Luis Roman has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Luis started their career at Oakley Inc in 1994 as a Senior Planner and worked there until 2000. Luis then joined Oakley Inc again in 2001 as a Buyer, responsible for procurement and negotiation of prices. From 2006 to 2010, Luis worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Oakley Inc, where they managed sourcing, supply chain, and contractual agreements. In 2010, they became a Sourcing Manager at Oakley Inc until 2013. In 2013, Luis joined Exemplis LLC as a Commodity Manager and was later promoted to Senior Commodity Manager in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director of SCM NPI at Exemplis LLC, where they lead sourcing strategies and manages the NPI Sourcing team for multiple brand platforms.

Luis Roman has attended California State University, Fullerton, but the specific years and degree obtained are unknown. Luis has also earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Santa Ana College.
