Supriya Pai is a highly experienced marketing professional with a robust background in brand management and eCommerce strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Brand Marketing Leader at Exemplis LLC since 2023, Supriya previously held the position of Senior Director of Brand Marketing & eCommerce at Henkel, where responsibilities included overseeing US Brand Marketing, Go to Market Strategy, and accelerating sales across B2B and B2C channels. Supriya's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Shiseido, Starbucks, and Procter & Gamble, contributing to successful initiatives in marketing strategy, product launches, and cross-functional partnerships. Supriya holds a BA in Economics & American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, alongside two MBA degrees in Brand Management & Strategy from the USC Marshall School of Business.
