Randal Rapier

Randal Rapier currently serves as the Head of Business Consulting at Exergy Energy LLC, where the focus is on providing backup power solutions for energy-dependent clients, helping to alleviate capital expenditure and staffing constraints. As a Co-Founder and Mentor at K Cancer Softball & K Cancer Baseball, Randal is dedicated to supporting families impacted by childhood cancer while fostering future socially conscious leaders. Between 1998 and 2020, Randal worked as a Business To Business Technology Consultant across various firms, addressing operational challenges faced by potential clients. Randal began a career in law enforcement with the Seattle Police Department, working in both patrol and the Domestic Violence Unit, after serving as an Airborne Ranger in the 2nd Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment from 1989 to 1992.
