Tanner Ball, P.Eng has a diverse and extensive work experience in the energy industry. Beginning in 2006, they worked at Suncor Energy in various roles including Maintenance Engineer, Lead Maintenance Engineer, Voyageur Upgrader Project - Mechanical Engineer, and Asset Strategy - Mechanical Engineer. In these positions, they gained experience in project development, managing budgets, and overseeing design, construction, and commissioning. Tanner also handled maintenance responsibilities for static equipment, piping, and various units within the upgrader. In 2018, they joined Exergy Solutions as the Director of Business Operations, where they focus on driving innovative solutions to the energy industry's challenges and fostering partnerships across industries to promote world-class innovation.
