Matthieu Morhan MScEng CEng MIMechE

Matthieu Morhan has a work experience spanning over more than a decade. Matthieu started their career at Timoney Technology LTD as a Mechanical Design Engineer in September 2007 and worked there until August 2011. Following this, they joined OpenHydro as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer in August 2011. During their time at OpenHydro, they were responsible for designing mechanical components for subsea turbines and ancillary equipment. Matthieu also worked on the development of next-generation turbines, improvement projects, and maintenance of existing turbines. Their role involved using ANSYS and Solidworks for mechanical design, drawings, and structural analysis. After working for OpenHydro for nearly seven years, they joined Exergyn as a Senior Engineer in October 2018, where they are currently employed.

Matthieu Morhan completed their Master's degree in Computer-aided Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering at Dublin City University from 2004 to 2006.
