Imran Khan has over 20 years of work experience in IT Business Analysis and Software Application Engineering. In 2017, they began working at Exerp as an IT Business Analyst/Software Implementation Consultant. In this role, they advised external customers on best practices of implementing eXerp's ERP software and use of available APIs. Imran also assisted clients with club setup during pilot, conducted gap analysis sessions, and authored functional requirement documents.
Prior to Exerp, Imran worked at NTT America from 2014 to 2017 as an IT Business Analyst/Software Application Engineer. Imran was responsible for offering out of the box solutions to internal and external customers, setting up and updating rating models and content catalog within ePerformance module, and building complex ordering billing and provision processes utilizing REST API services.
From 2000 to 2014, Imran worked at Verio in various roles. Imran created ad-hoc reports in MS-SQL Server Management Studio and Oracle SQL Developer, worked with business leaders to understand the OPB and CRM business requirements, supported functional teams that contribute to the definition of processes, standards, and methodologies, and partnered with clients to help them optimize the use of Verio's Webhosting and SaaS products and services. Imran also held roles as a Quality Control Analyst and Support Engineer.
Imran Khan obtained an Associate's degree in Engineering from Broward College between 2004 and 2006. Imran then attended Florida Atlantic University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Finance. In November 2017, they obtained a Certified Business Analysis Professional\u2122 (CBAP\u00ae) v3 from the IIBA.
