L'Marie Davis

L'Marie Davis began their work experience as a Store Manager at Hollywood Video in 2003, where they delivered strong financial results, maintained a clean and safe work environment, and made discretionary decisions. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Retail Sales Manager at Savers | Value Village, ensuring customer issues were handled quickly, delivering strong financial results, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace. In 2014, they joined Olympic College, first as a Lead Student Events Programmer for Multicultural & Student Programs and then as the Vice President of Student Life. In these roles, they demonstrated knowledge and appreciation for Traditionally Underrepresented groups, displayed sensitivity to and appreciation of all cultures, and was committed to education in areas of cultural sensitivity and appreciation. L'Marie Davis also worked as a Lead Specialist in a mentorship program (Kitsap) from 2016 to 2019, and currently holds the position of Inside Sales Administrator at Exertis Almo since 2019.

L'Marie Davis completed their education at Olympic College, starting in 2012 and graduating in 2016 with an Associate's degree in Human Services, General. Later, they pursued further education at the same institution from 2016 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Organizational Leadership.
