Joseph Lam 林志明, CRS, MBA, is an experienced business owner with over 30 years in various roles, including CEO of Homeowner Money Academy, LLC since January 2021, and Loan Officer at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. since October 2023. Additionally, Joseph serves as a Financial Services Partner at Exertus Financial Partners and a Broker Associate at eXp Realty of California, Inc. Since February 2013, Joseph has held the position of Director with LegalShield. Previous roles include Broker Associate at Alliance Bay Realty and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where Joseph developed a successful real estate team.
