Ben Brotherton

Ben Brotherton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sports management and hospitality. Currently serving as the Academy Secretary at Exeter City Football Club since May 2022, Ben has held various significant roles including Operations Manager at Kernow Football Alliance and Academy Operations Manager at Stevenage Football Club. Prior roles also include Children's Deputy Manager positions at Watergate Bay Hotel, where Ben contributed to the establishment of policies and the achievement of high Ofsted ratings. Additionally, experience includes directing programs at the Lizard C.H.I.L.D Trust and managing lighting systems at Salt Nightclub. Ben holds a Fine Art degree from the University of Plymouth, complementing a robust career focused on operational excellence, staff mentoring, and community engagement.
