Gemma Noble

Gemma Noble has over 10 years of experience in various HR and organizational development roles. Gemma started their career at Somerset PCT as the Head of Recruitment from February 2008 to July 2010. After that, they joined Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust as a Senior HR Business Partner from July 2010 to December 2012. Since January 2013, they have worked at Exeter College, starting as the Head of HR and later moving up to the Director of People and Organisational Development. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director of People and Organisational Development at Exeter College.
