John Paul Chalpin

John Paul (JP) Chalpin has over 22 years of information technology experience, leading engineering and operations teams for both startups and established enterprises. JP has led Exeter’s software development and CMMI Quality initiatives since 2004 and currently oversees Exeter’s civilian programs, leveraging his enthusiasm for team development and cultivating creative opportunities. Prior to joining Exeter, JP was Director of IT at EN Worldwide, responsible for scaling and elevating the technology of the organization while managing on and off-shore operations. Before EN Worldwide, JP led Engineering Production Services at LiveCapital Inc., a capital funding technology service based in Silicon Valley, where he supported multiple business intelligence efforts. Previously, JP was the co-founder and principal of N.E. Tech Inc., a regional ISP, web hosting, and e-commerce firm based in New England. He possesses a B.A. in Biology from the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts, and has achieved several technical and management certifications, including a PMP.
