Wesley Spears

Wesley Spears has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as an Assistant Manager of Camp Canteen and Post Office at Alpine Camp for Boys. In 2011, they joined GH Metal Solutions where they served as a Quality Control Assistant, Assistant Analyst, and Calibration Technician, and later as a Maintenance Assistant. Moving on, in 2014, they interned as a Construction and Volunteer Coordinator at House to House. In 2015, they took on the role of a Production Leader at Reflexion Swimbaits, LLC. Simultaneously, they also worked as a Ministry Intern at North Hills Presbyterian Church. Starting in 2012 until 2016, Wesley was a student at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. During this time, they also worked as a Student Specialist II in the College of Business Dean's Office. In 2016, they transitioned to Phacil, Inc where they initially served as a Project Engineer and later became a Project Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Exeter Government Services, LLC as a Project Manager.

Wesley Spears obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a Minor in Business Administration from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, graduating in 2016. Additionally, they have earned several certifications, including "Comparing Agile versus Waterfall Project Management" and "Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management" from LinkedIn in August 2020, "Creative Thinking" from LinkedIn in May 2019, and "SharePoint Workflow Automation: Nintex" from LinkedIn in January 2019.
