David Blackshaw

David Blackshaw is a Partner at Exetor Group, a company that specializes in helping other organizations change and grow. Previously, they worked as the Director of insIDEAction, a company that helps leaders change their organizations from the inside out. David has also worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer for WPP's Added Value, where they were responsible for global HR, succession planning, and coaching. David has been instrumental in successfully restructuring five countries in three different regions. David is also a faculty member on Kantar and WPP's most senior client and leadership development programs. Under their leadership, global employee engagement scores have improved in three of the last four years.
