Jennifer Chow Bevan serves as an Executive and Leadership Coach at Path Relaunch since November 2012, specializing in empowering business leaders and seasoned professionals to enhance their vision, values, and relationships. In April 2021, Jennifer became a Core Guide at Chief, helping senior women leaders develop strategies for personal and professional success within a private network. As a Principal at Next Step Partners since December 2015, Jennifer facilitates a six-month leadership journey for senior leaders at Kite Pharmaceuticals, while also contributing as an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant for The Executor Group. Previously, Jennifer held various positions, including Associate Director & Career Coach at UCLA Anderson School of Management, where extensive experience in coaching MBA students in career management was gained. With a background in brand management at Johnson & Johnson and consulting roles at Bain & Company and A.T. Kearney, Jennifer's expertise is supported by an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering & Pre Med from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
