Deepak Ghaisas

Deepak is the former CEO & CFO of I-flex Solutions Ltd., he headed India operations from 1993 to 2008 and scaled the business from inception to $375m. Deepak is a fellow of ICAI, ICWA, and FCS and has more than 29 years of experience in the software industry.

He is an Executive Member of The NASSCOM Executive Council Member of the Committee of the Indian Institute of Bankers constituted for the purpose of drafting the curriculum for the Information System Audit course for bankers, and a Member of the Internet Banking Committee – Reserve Bank of India, which formulated guidelines on Internet banking and security in India.
