Jukka Palokangas

Jukka Palokangas is an experienced professional in quality management and technology, currently serving as the Manager of the Quality Management System at EXFO since January 2017, where focus is on developing and advocating the QMS for enhanced operational efficiency. Prior roles at EXFO include Specialist in Customer Demos and Trials and Manager of Analyzer After Sales Support, overseeing global support and service planning. Jukka's career also includes project management and software development positions at NetHawk Oyj and Microcell, with a background in information security from an internship at Ericsson. Jukka holds dual Master's degrees in Economics and Business Administration and in Technology, Information Engineering from the University of Oulu.
