Kait Farrar is an accomplished event and meeting coordinator with extensive experience in managing high-profile events and venues across Toronto. Currently serving as an Event & Meeting Coordinator at Exhibition Place since April 2023 and as a Venue Supervisor & Union Steward at ArtHubs Toronto Inc. since November 2023, Kait excels in client relationship management and on-site event logistics. With a strong background at the City of Toronto, Kait has successfully managed multiple significant events, including Canada Day celebrations and Nuit Blanche contemporary art festival, demonstrating exceptional event coordination skills. Past roles also include operations coordination for immunization clinics at Toronto Public Health, site leadership at high-profile public events, and various event management positions across cultural venues. Kait holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Toronto Metropolitan University and is a certified wedding planner from the Wedding Planners' Institute of Canada.
