Shashibhushan Rai

Shashibhushan Rai is an experienced sales professional currently serving as Regional Head - Sales Excellence at Exide Industries Limited since September 2025. Previously, Shashibhushan held the position of Area Sales Manager at Orient Electric from March 2024 to August 2025. Before that, Shashibhushan worked at KEI Wires and Cables as Cluster Head from April 2021 to March 2024, managing a significant business segment in Bihar and overseeing a team of six Territory Managers. Shashibhushan's career began at Bajaj Electricals Ltd, where multiple roles as Territory Sales Head and Sales Management Associate were held from July 2017 to April 2021, focusing on trade sales for consumer products.
