Sonali Sanyal

Sonali Sanyal is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Learning and Development. Currently serving as the HR Learning and Organizational Development Training Manager at Exide Industries Limited since June 2014, Sonali is responsible for addressing the learning needs of employees by providing leadership, behavioral, and functional training through various business academies, as well as implementing training and assessment programs for high-potential employees focused on career path and succession planning. Prior to this role, Sonali worked at HSBC Global Resourcing from June 2006 to May 2014 as an HR Training and Development Specialist, where responsibilities included delivering end-to-end learning solutions, enhancing engagement levels, and executing structured mentorship programs aimed at high-potential employees, particularly women. Sonali holds a degree from Delhi University.
