Paul Topping

Paul Topping is a seasoned professional in commercial strategy and business development, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Exient since January 2025. Prior to this role, Paul held positions such as Head of Business Development at Zircotec Group, focusing on expanding heat shielding products into new markets, and Business Development Director at Animal Dynamics Limited, where efforts were directed towards market introduction of biomechanics-inspired crafts. Additional experience includes advising Tag Games as a Board Advisor, building market presence at Oxbotica as VP Business Development, and contributing to simulation technologies at FiveAI as a Simulation Group Advisor. Paul has also played key roles at NaturalMotion as Head of Corporate Development EMEA and VP Sales EMEA.
