Philip Liu

Philip Liu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in urban planning and project management, currently serving as a Manager in the Research and Delivery division at Exiger since November 2020. Previous roles include Senior Associate and Associate at Exiger, and Urban Planner at Citiesmode, where notable achievements include managing an award-winning international urban design competition for the National Health Service in England and producing a master plan for Yilong New District in China. Additional experience encompasses project coordination at KMD Group, administration support at the Daiwa Anglo-Japanese Foundation, and assistance at the Embassy of Japan in the UK.
