Dave Rose

Dave Rose is a seasoned construction project manager with extensive experience in secure facility project management and commercial construction. Currently serving as Secure Facilities Project Manager and SCIF Consultant at Exigo Corporation since February 2023, Dave has played a key role in developing secure facilities in Colorado Springs and Los Angeles. Previously, Dave was a Senior Project Manager at Peak Professional Contractors, Inc. from 2013 to 2023, where a wide array of projects, including SCIFs, were successfully managed. Earlier roles include Project Manager at Hammers Construction Co., Inc. (2001-2002) and Project Manager/Coordinator at Schauer Construction Co., Inc. (2004-2013), showcasing a consistent track record of timely and budget-conscious project completions. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University.
