Matin Haneef is a skilled technology professional with comprehensive experience in IT support and service desk management. Currently serving as a Technology Analyst and Service Desk Team Lead at Exigo Tech Australia since March 2020, Matin previously held roles as Service Desk Lead and Service Desk Engineer at HD IT from August 2018 to April 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Service Desk Engineer at The Missing Link Network Integration & Security from September 2015 to August 2018, along with providing Level 1 Support at George Weston Foods in January 2011. Matin's early career includes a role as an I.T Assistant during a work experience program at Kellyville High School in November 2010. Matin has developed a strong foundation in delivering IT support to diverse clients throughout various positions held.
