Alexander Rivera De Jesús has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at The Exchange as a Loss Prevention, where they supported sales representatives in updated security, quickly and effectively solved customer and sales representative challenges, and maintained quality control/satisfaction records. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Aperia Solutions, Inc. as a Lead Business Analyst, Business Analyst, and PCI Compliance Helpdesk Team Lead. In these roles, they ensured collaborative outcomes by establishing and promoting strong client partnerships, conducted requirements definition sessions and developed functional requirement documents, created wireframes and diagrams for process flows and use cases, managed client accounts, relationships and projects, and assisted the validation of PCI Compliance for merchants organizations. From 2017 to the present, they have worked at Exigo as a Back End Developer, Technical Business Analyst, and Account Manager. In these roles, they have gathered, defined and documented requirements for new projects and change requests, followed a hybrid approach to SDLC, combining Agile and Waterfall methodologies as required, performed analysis and presented results using SQL, and Excel, and acted as the main point of contact/account manager for all Enterprise Plus level clients. Additionally, they have been self-employed as a Web Designer since 2017, where they work with apps like Sketch, InVision, Gimp, and Photoshop to create anything from graphic designs to UX/UI Design.

Alexander Rivera De Jesús received an Associate's degree in Architecture from Northern Virginia Community College between 2008 and 2011. Alexander also obtained a Computer Aided Drafting and Design certification from Northern Virginia Community College. Additionally, they obtained The Ultimate C# Series: Part 1 certification from Code With Mosh in March 2021 and The Ultimate C# Series: Part 2 certification from Code With Mosh in December 2022.
