Rodger Smith has held a variety of roles in the sales and marketing industry since 1993. Rodger began their career at Novell as a Channel Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for 60% of the company's total revenue. Rodger then moved to SportsNuts.com as the VP of Sales and Marketing, where they helped to acquire over $8 million in private funding. Rodger then joined Ancestry.com as the Director of Marketing in 1998. In 2001, they took on the role of Director of Sales and Marketing at IntegraCore. In 2002, they became an Independent Distributor for Xango. In 2007, Rodger founded Solution X Global, where they provided strategic consulting and development of internet solutions for the network marketing and direct sales industries. In 2011, they sold Solution X Global to iCentris, where they became President and CMO. In 2015, Rodger founded DirectScale, a software solution designed to meet the needs of the direct and social sales industry. In 2023, Rodger began working with Exigo, LLC as President and CMO of Utah.
Rodger Smith attended Brigham Young University from 1988 to 1990, where they studied General and Spanish. Rodger then attended Utah Valley University from 1988 to 1990, where they earned an Associate of Arts in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Lastly, they attended the University of Phoenix from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
