Kah Jin Khoo currently serves in the role of Structured Trade/Investment & Political Risk at Export-Import Bank of Malaysia Berhad (EXIM Bank) since June 2015. Prior to this position, Kah Jin was the Country Manager at Euler Hermes Malaysia from January 2013 to May 2015. Educationally, Kah Jin holds a Master's degree in International Finance from the University of Hull and a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Flinders University. Additional academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in Political Science and Government from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI), and participation in various professional development programs, such as an Advanced seminar in Political Risk & Surety from STECIS and an Associate's degree in Data Processing from the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.

Export-Import Bank of Malaysia Berhad (EXIM Bank) was incorporated on 29 August 1995 as a government owned development financial institution through a wholly owned subsidiary of the Minister of Finance Incorporated. The Bank was established to promote reverse investment and export of strategic sectors such as capital goods, infrastructure projects, shipping, value added manufactured products and to facilitate the entry of Malaysian companies to new markets, particularly to the non-traditional markets.
