Kyra Kotak is a seasoned customer experience professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Kyra serves as the Customer Experience Manager at Exinity since June 2023. Prior to this, Kyra was the Customer Experience Leader for the META region at Honeywell from November 2019 to December 2022. Kyra's experience includes being the Head of Customer Experience at CAFU and holding office management roles at DUX Capital and The Abraaj Group. Starting at Shell in 2005, Kyra held multiple positions, including Terminal Operations Supervisor and various customer service leadership roles. Kyra earned a Master of Arts in English Language from Karachi University.
