Silvia Checa

Silvia Checa's work experience begins in 2008 as an Art Director at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, where they worked until 2011. Silvia then worked as a Senior Art Director at DDB from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a User Experience Designer at Digitalist Group & Network. Silvia worked as a User Experience Lead and Designer at Whee Studio from 2013 to 2016. At Objectstream, Inc., they held the position of User Experience Lead for the Federal Aviation Administration from 2016 to 2019. Silvia then became a Senior Service Designer at ExxonMobil from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Product Designer at USAA. In 2021, they held the role of Design Strategist at HCL Technologies for The Pentagon, and later became a Lead Design Strategist at Google. In 2021, they also became the Chief Design Officer at Exirio. Currently, they are working as a Design Manager at Visa since 2022.
