Francis Evangelista is an experienced IT Project Manager and Chief Information Officer with a robust background in project coordination, planning, and implementing technology solutions that adhere to security, risk, and compliance requirements. Currently serving as IT Project Manager at Exist Software Labs since January 2016, Francis has successfully delivered projects on time while transitioning to an Agile Methodology. As CIO at Ecell Global since September 2013, responsibilities include maintaining organizational efficiency through strategic technology implementation and directing technological research. Earlier roles include IT Manager at Alcon, where Francis managed infrastructure servers, coordinated IT policies and initiatives, and implemented corporate disaster recovery programs. Francis holds an MSIT from De La Salle University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
