Erin Marie Raedeke currently serves as President of The New Haven Preservation Society and is the PR and Project Manager for Exit 11 Coffee, LLC, since January 2022. Raedeke has extensive experience in nonprofit administration and grant writing, having worked at CHIPS Health and Wellness Center in St. Louis from May 2004 to January 2022. As the Founder of Magnificat Center, Raedeke advocated for children at risk for abuse and collaborated with the State Children's Division. Previous roles include Development Director at Our Lady's Inn, where fundraising goals were consistently exceeded, and U.S. Development Officer for Walk in the Light Ministries, which operated children's homes in Romania. Early career experience includes owning and managing Professional Business Centers/HQ, providing office space and services to local businesses. Raedeke attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1963 to 1964.

Exit 11 Coffee, LLC

Exit 11 Coffee is a growing drive-thru coffee business, roaster and wholesaler. The Exit 11 brand has been around since 2015 and started as a hybrid coworking center and coffee house. In June of 2018, the Garlands expanded more into coffee and opened their first drive-thru location and have opened 6 locations since. The roasting entity provides the freshly roasted beans each week to the drive-thru locations as well as products made in-house like their burritos, quiche, cake pops, cinnamon rolls and more. The are also attracting wholesale accounts outside their company. In 2022, Exit 11 became a distributor for Lotus Energy Teas and in 2023 a distributor for Oatley and Foamaroma. Exit 11 Coffee will continue to open more drive-thru locations and build their wholesale business. They have already been recognized as one of the Inc Magazine’s top 5000 fastest growing companies in the US as well as Small Business Monthly’s Future Fast 50 companies, voted #1 Coffee shop 4 years in a row by their community and was on St. Louis Magazine’s A-List in 2023.
