Derek Grotzinger

Derek Grotzinger currently serves as Managing Director at Exit Consulting Group, Inc., a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Derek was the Founder of San Diego Experiences from January 2011 to February 2023, where leadership encompassed business development, marketing, and sales management for a tour company catering to foreign students and corporate groups. Additional experience includes co-ownership at Riffs Yoga Studios in both Bird Rock and Ocean Beach for a brief period in 2019, and working in Corporate Wellness Development at The Chopra Center from 2017 to November 2019, focusing on custom corporate group retreats. Derek holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Sonoma State University and participated in a Semester Abroad in International Business and International Relations at Queensland University of Technology in Spring 2004.
