Rich Cotton

Rich Cotton is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning several decades. Since August 2011, Rich has served as an Associate Broker at Exit Preferred Realty, specializing in waterfront properties and contributing to training initiatives. Prior experience includes ownership of EXiT Realty Chesapeake Bay from July 2003 to August 2011, and co-founding Waterfront Properties, LLC, where Rich was Broker/Owner from June 1996 to December 2002, focusing on the sale of waterfront and water-oriented properties in the upper Chesapeake Bay area. Rich's educational background includes Penncrest High School, where studies took place from 1963 to 1966.
