Kelly Deschamp, CNC, has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at EXIT Real Estate Partners since August 2007. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as an Office Administrator at Baird & Warner from May 2001 to May 2007 and held the position of Center Director at KinderCare from 1998 to 2001. Kelly is continuing education at Northern Illinois University and has completed studies at the College of DuPage.
