Susan Hamblen is a seasoned real estate professional and business owner with extensive experience in the industry. Since February 2022, Susan has operated S & T Growth LLC as a short-term rental owner. Prior to this, Susan founded and grew EXIT Realty Achieve into a successful brokerage with 175 agents, placing the company in the top 1% of the market while empowering others to find success. From October 2006 to August 2009, Susan served as Executive Broker and Sales Manager at EXIT Realty Deaton Group, where agent training and personal business building were key focuses. Earlier in Susan's career, from August 2003 to October 2006, work was done as a Realtor at Lynda Bowers Realtors, assisting clients with buying and selling properties. Susan's career began in management with the Hamblen Group from January 1993 to August 2003. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Liberty University.
