Chip Walters

Chip Walters is an experienced professional in broadcasting and real estate, currently serving as an Affiliate Broker at Exit Realty Bob Lamb & Associates since February 2017. In addition to real estate, Chip has been a Play-By-Play Announcer for the Blue Raider Network through Learfield IMG College since September 1991, showcasing a strong commitment to sports. Previous roles include Director of Broadcasting at Nelligan Sports Marketing for Middle Tennessee State University from April 2009 to February 2014, and Director of Public & Media Relations at The Celebration, Inc. from April 2003 to November 2008. Chip also served as the Athletics Marketing and Promotions Director at Middle Tennessee State University from January 1993 to March 2003. Chip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from Middle Tennessee State University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
